This renovation project was the conversion of a woodworking industrial building to creative space.  The design elements included reuse of the woodshop sawdust collectors in the front and rear of the buildings,  new windows, new skylights, new electrical and HVAC systems, exposed bow truss framing and new site parking and landscape.  The architect was Boto Design of Santa Monica.
